Yes, it is Davis's old bike. In my opinion, he is giving this thing away. If I didn't already have a garage full of them, I'd buy it back. Hmm, maybe I can buy it now, then sell it back to him this spring.

I have no idea if it has any engine work. Doug didn't tell me if it did. It might explain some things. The engine always seemed a bit "boggy" on the low end but absolutely rips on the top end. Of the few other cannondales I've dragged with this it just walks away on the top end.
I took off the handguards and replaced the plastics. Besides that I haven't swapped anything out.
