No problem man, glad it worked out ok.
I saw the crank issue on another thread that linked to some other website. had a pretty good write up on the YFZ cranks. My bike is one of the first ones off the floor.
It's my trail bike now. Im racing the cannodale all of 05. If the YFZ motor lets go it will be time for some Falicon strokin.

definately would 27, also does anyone remmeber back at the budds gnc? digger went out at the end of the weekend on a bone stock z400, he ran a lap time only 4 seconds or so slower than onhis race bike.. that shows its all the man, not the machine..
but yes, those z400s have countless parts on them that NOBODY can buy, and the easiest way right now to get into the race scene and do well is on a yamaha or a honda.. simple as that.
everyone makes parts for them, and knows how to make them go fast and run good..

2-3 years from now there will be a rise of atk's and dales, and mabee even a factory ATK gnc rider. like gust, JJ, farr and the others. look at jeff stoes. yamaha's and honda's wear you the **** out too, they both handle like crap at high speeds and trust me a 450 atk or dale will KILL honda or yamaha on the track, i know ive seen me do it. two words for those two bikes, over-rated! i will put my cdale against any 450 out there (except that 505 yfz) with confidence
