I would suggest calling Laz at GT Thunder or Santo Derisi.

TCS States $100 + parts. But to revalve a shock less than a year old in this condition should not need any parts.

I have worked on this type of project a couple times in the last 12 months. I had one revalved from a 220 XC rider to a 120 MX rider and with shipping it cost me $112.
