whats the width on the axle, and what length shocks are used with the +3 a-arms

It has 2 spacers, 1/2" and 1" so stock, +1, +2, +3. The arms use 19" shocks

Yes I do. Its in good condition with the usual scuffs. I will post a pic today of it.
