Got my money back today. He said he couldn't find the ecu, otherwise he would have shipped it out. From what I remember, he is a good guy, just in a bad situation right now with his leg. I am sure it is alright to order parts from him, you wont have to worry about being scammed.
I bought shocks, a-arms, axle and seat from him. Got it all. A couple problems, but he fixed the bent a-arm, and I just took care of the other issue myself.
