Very sharp cars, i looked at an orange one a few weeks ago but a bit to rich for my blood. Its to bad there cutting production on them

This is just what i heard, i think i read it somewhere? someting about lack of sales and the end of 06 its done. I could be wrong though

Yes, 2006 is the last year for the GTO.

If produced, the new Camaro will have the same AUSTRALIAN platform, same motor and trans in 2008. I'm hoping it will be a little lighter. Otherwise, they're just looking to change the body panels and the name.

Before you diss on an Australian car, go drive one. There are absolutely no squeaks or rattles, well built car. Lots of little quirks, neet things that keep you interested in the car. For instance, the car has a shift light. One less thing for me to order. Also, the footwells light up bright green when the door is open. Not your typical plane jane gm.

However, when the GTO's were converted to left hand drive, they left the volume control on the radio on the right side.

The Orange is sweet, I almost bought it instead.

no modifications............I just drive it. We did go to the track one time to drive vehicles provided by dodge.
