2002 Cannondale Speed

Here is my 02 Cannondale Speed that is up forsale.
I asking 3500 OBO.

I located in Columbus, Ohio

It has had all the updates (done by the Quadshop).

New plastic (old orginal plastic is included)
Houser +2 steering stem
PEP steering stablizer (not installed)
PRM full skid and swing arm skid guards
Tag T2 bars
Shocks have been revalved for a 200lb GNCC racer.

I also have a dual battery step-up and extra battery.
Factory Headlights and tail light.

would you be willing to sell the pep steering stabilizer? if so what kind of condition is it in and do you have pics of it?
