Valving/hours on rear shock?

There is only a few hours on the shock, its valved for 280lbs.

How bad of shape is the swingarm in?

Its actually in pretty decent shape, I just needed to clean it up a bit to see. It doesn't have the bearings or seals. Here is a pic.
