I have a 2002 Cannondale speed 440, i have owned it for 2 years, for the past year it has been sitting in my barn b/c it will not start. I do not know what is wrong with it, it seems to turn over fine, but just wont fire. i do not have the time to mess with it, it ran awesome for the 1st year i had it, and then all the sudden it wouldn't start back up, so here it is $1000. I t is in good shape and has not been abused. the oil was changed regularly, and no metal shavings were ever found.

Powdercoated aluminum valve cover, aluminum impeller, FMF pipe (instead of the toaster one), updated engine mounting, updated oil hose routing, Caniboomer K&N intake system, twist throttle, aluminum hand gaurds, LED status lights kit, there may be other small things im forgetting, but thats about it.
