just the stainless steal allen head bolts.

Is this (Elka spring conversion for stock ohlins rear shock) a complete shock ready to use????

How are the ball joints in the Housers? Do the tie rods & extended brake lines come with them? Also, a shipping price to 44643. Thanks, Kevin
