is this a plus 2 axle or stock length and is it adjustable ?

Its in the title, It's a +4 extended axle.

The reason I wanted to know what the "over all length" was, is because I was under the impression that the Cannondale LSR axle is adjustable from +4 1/2" to +6 1/2". If it is, then you have a buyer. Thanks, Stephen.
