W.E.R. rotary steering dampner , with a custom aluminum mount for a CDALE ATV frame, I just had it rebuilt and comes with a clamp for my houser stem3---$150.00

actually thas the computer AND D and M cable , and book with disc , and a case for the computer and some other computer parts
and 350 shipped is fine
