$4500 O.B.O.
Up for sale is my pride and joy. I have spend over 15k and four years totally rebuilding and creating the ultimate American Made Sand Machine.

This quad has less than 10 hours of riding time on it since it's restoration was complete in Nov. 2007 I used Mobile 1 full synthetic to break in the motor and have had AmsOil in the motor and transmission ever since. This quad was only ridden in the sand dunes at Dumont Ca. over the Thanksgiving Holiday. It has never seen dirt or mud or even that thing called snow in its life. This quad is better than one you could buy brand new.

POWER PLANT-
495cc +60HP Timbo built motor. (everything new internally)
Timbo Stroker Crank
Billet Alum. Impeller
HD Fuel Injectors
Larger throttle body
Cyclone velocity stack intake
K~N Extreme air filter
Two Rare Earth magnets epoxied into the motor case
Rare Earth magnet in the oil drain plug
Rare Earth magnet in the transmission oil drain plug
CannonBoomer's scavenge oil in-line oil filter ( with sight glass, screen and magnet ) great added insurance.
Brake in oil was Mobile 1
Quad now has AmsOil in both the motor and transmission

Radiator (new)
Radiator hoses (new)
AmsOil Coolant in quad

EXHAUST SYSTEM-
Bill Ballance Pro Series (complete system)
Stainless Steel Head Pipe (moto style two individual pipes from the motor up to the point where it goes into the exhaust canister)
This system looks good, sounds good and for the short time I rode it performs really well.

FRAME, FRONT BUMBER, MOTOR CRADLE, SUB FRAME AND SWING ARM-
Everything highly polished by hand acheiving a mirror like finish

SUSPENSION-

Front-
Teixeira Tech +2.5" 1" Forward Long Travel a-arms (new)
TCS Long Travel shocks w/ remote res. (new)

Rear-
Stock swing arm (polished)
Ohlins shock w/ extra stiff spring (new)

Kenda sand tires 23x7x10 (new)

Rear-
Hiper Technology 10x10 double beadlock rims (new)
Skat~Trak Rippers 8paddle 22x10x10 (kevlar re-enforced paddles) (new) $385 for the pair

PLASTICS-
Comes with Black (new) and Red. Both sets have been race cut and are in great shape.
Side Spars- Black Carbon Fiber (excellent condition like new)
Radiator Shrouds- Black Carbon Fiber (excellent condition like new)
Gas Tank Cover- Black Carbon Fiber (excellent condition like new)

POWDER COATING-
The new steering stem, new a-arms, spindles brake caliper parts and other misc. parts have all been powder coated to match, along with having a clear powder coat over the top of the color.

FASTNERS-
Every nut and bolt on this quad is Stainless Steel (except the motor)

Sadly I need to sell this beautiful quad to raise enough money for the down payment on a home in southern California. I have two Cannondale quads but this one must be sacrificed. My loss in your gain, this will make someone the envy of their friends.
