Will the quiet core work with the factory ti exhaust that came on the blaze?

Yes it will. The factory ti muffler is exactly the same as the universal mufflers they have been selling for many years. The end cap that came on the moto/blaze muffler was the one made for the quiet core and spark arrestor only they did not include the parts with the quad. Along with the quiet core you also need to use longer screws and I also recommend drilling and tapping for the next size bigger screws. Loctite as well.
