Some prices on basic parts will help get things moving. Title for the frame? What all is aftermarket?

I'm not sure what everything is worth. I'll have to look I can't remember if I got just a bill of sale with this frame or the actual title as VA doesn't require them. I've been around the cannondale community for quite a while but haven't been active lately so I'm not sure what anything is worth but trust everyone to let me know
