2002 Cannondale Canonbal Never been titled

I have a 2002 Cannondale Canonbal It has ITP Tires and Olins Shocks. It has been ridden a few times but is in excellent shape. I bought this from a dealer in south Florida who never sold it and it was a left over. It has never been titled and I still have the Certificate of Origin from the Manufacture.
