kx 125, sale/trade

i have a 2002 kx 125 i will either sell for 3500 firm, or trade for a race quad (no 400 ex's) i really would like to get another c-dale. trades have to be straight, or i have to get cash, i have no cash to give out. the only stock part on this bike is pretty much the frame, i have 3 full exhausts for the bike ( 2 pro circuit pipes, 1 stock pipe, 1 stock silencer, 1 pro circuit shorty silencer, and one custom made silencer for super cross style tracks) if you are interested i will list all of the mods, im not doing that right away because the list is too big. i will try to get a link up w/pics. tell me what you have to trade.
