I have a brand new Arens steering stem with the lowered tie-rod plate and is still in the box yet. I would like $110 shipped (to the lower 48 states).

Does the lowered tie-rod plat make a difference?

Also does it come w/ the anti-vibe top clamp?

The lowered tie-rod plate helps a lot to reduce the bump-steer and also allows the use of aftermarket a-arms. It helps the handling quite a bit.

The top is anti-vibe, but you re-use your bar clamps that you already have.
