With the way those coils are wound doesn't that equate to a dual rate spring with rezzie and fully adjustable?

Yes, it does Happy. That's why C'dale used to advertise that the Moto had triple rate shocks!

I am not sure if they will work on a Z, guess you would have to try them. Come down and pick them up, and I think I got some HMF parts here for you too.
