300ex parts or whole

I am either going to part out the bike or sell it like it is. Here is the info on the bike.
96 300ex old mx bike has works shocks w rezzies dura blue axle rear beadlocks ,motor built too with a high compression piston shocks are set for a 150 lb rider, curtis sparks race pipe .
Asking 1200 or best offer .
