02 piston, sleeve, wrist pin, cir clips, take off almost brand new

Taken out of my 02 cannibal. Piston, sleeve, wrist pin, cir clips and rings. Everything is perfect, very low hours. The only reason it was taken out is becuase i had a stage 8 put in and while it was apart i decided to put a cast iron sleeve and a WWE high comp piston. Make me an offer, buyer pays shipping.

Is this the complete kit minus gaskets that one would receive of they purchased a piston kit?

I ask because my motor seized and I need to replace the piston I believe.
