I have i 2000 or 2001 polaris sportsman 500 4x4 Remington Sport Edition camo four wheeler i really need to sell fast. The only problem that it has is a broken shift linkage that will only cost about twenty bucks to replace. I just dont have time with work and school so i am willing to take a major loss if someone is interested. Im located in austin texas the quad is fully functional and can be driven by manually putting the transmission in gear.

How hard is that part to change/fix that needs to be fixed? Me and my dad have basic mechanic skills and can do some other things.

What kind of shape is it in and is there anything else wrong with it at all and will anything else need to be fixed sometime soon in the future on it?

the replacement will be very simple the linkage goes from the gear shift to the transmission and is about 1 1/2 foot long and has one nut connecting it to either end and can be replaced in about 5 min, as for the rest of the quad it is in good condition, it fires right up all the plastics are in good shape.

Take any parts trades or anything?
