i have a 1986 rx7 for sale. it is the second generation, body is in excellent shape hardly any dents, no rust. right now, the car just has minor electrical problems, and also the motors for the windows have to be wired up. the car also needs a paint job, it has a new fender which is black, and new doors on each side which are white but the original color of the car is blue. the car has 120,000 original miles on it, but only about 10-15,000 miles on a BRAND NEW MOTOR! this car rips, rear wheel drive 5 speed, new tires, new full exhaust w/ the cat, its got leather seats, power windows, a power sunroof. i need to sell asap! this car starts every time no problems, all it does is sits in my garage.
i will also trade for a mx ready quad, and throw n some cash, thanks mike

I'm way to far for a test drive

We've got an 88 gxl that we fixed up, but it's been sitting for a year now. I'm trying to decide whether I want to sell it and cut my losses, or drop a turbo in it and drive it myself.

A turbo rotary is a different animal than the na motors and completely worth it. The jspec turbo motors are pretty cheap now. Just be warned its not just a matter of droppign a turbo in these things. Unless you go aftermarket fuel injection you need the entire turbo wiring harness to get the turbo motor to work in the non-turbo models.

Heres my RX-7 turbo I sold about a year and a half ago-

245whp and 230torque. Made over 200ft lbs of torque at 2500rpm. When the car was NA it made a whole 130 torque at 5,000rpm.

i was going to buy a turbo kit for this car, and these cars are way easier to install turbo's on that say like a 6 cyl. i could also possibly throw in a complete turbo kit (turbo, intercooler, all hoses) for an extra like 750$...oh yeah and its brand new, never installed in any car. anyone interested?smile.gif
