Black Widow ATv is your best bet. They ship quick and are very accurate.

i have not had a chance to test it yet but ordered one from boomer just in case its bad and 2 have a spare.the quad was getting a little hot once in a while and the fan would never come on.i unplugged the fan and tested it and it works fine.im going to trace the wires back to make sure there not broken(i dont think they are) and try to test the sensor.also going to wire in a switch for extra security to manuelly turn the fan on.

I think that process is in the EFI manual on Cannondaler... Best to save that .pdf file along with the service manual....

No fuse for the fan. One fuse for whole bike near D&M connector.

Its very rare but I have seen the fan driver go in the ECU.Have you watched the temp on your D&M?If you look at the temp when its cold and take temp of coolant with thermometer it should match.*Make sure its cold so its not under pressure*You should then see temp rise.Fan should come on at 176Deg F.The 202 and 231 are where your Status lights come on if you have them. This info is in the map.

Cold Start Fuel Mass (mg) Inj: 99
Coolant Temp Marginal: 94.4????C (202????F)
Coolant Temp Critical: 110.4????C (231????F)
Cooling Fan On Tmp: 80????C (176????F)
Cooling Fan Off Tmp: 70.4????C (159????F)
