exhaust header crush washers?????

I went with the Klaws up front and the new directional Bulldogs in back. I've got the rears on the soft/loose terrain direction and they seem to perform fairly well so far. I'll bet they don't withstand flats as good as the Bandits though.

Picked up the honda washers for $4. I wish i had measured the I.D. so i could compare to the stock ones that i just got. Anyway, the seemed to be a little smaller ID and may be a bit restrictive. Also they are the fiber type with metal on both sides, compared to the copper stock washers. I used a bit of grease to make em stay at the top of the exhaust port(the bottom of the port is flat) while i installed the header. I don't think they are ideal but will work in a pinch. The quad seems to run well at idle. Haven't had it moving yet due to a missing chain:confused:
