The block is cracked between crank case & trans. case about 3" inward just below the sleeve. I would not trust welding.

So it just needs a case and the updates? Not really that big a deal. We just got a cannibal in that the owner gave up on paniced and sold it. One tiny wrist pin access cover bolt fell out and wiped out the scavange pump gears. Took the motor apart and all it needed was $10 in new gears and a little bolt.. Everything else was in perfect shape even the rod bearing. Its getting my update package and going back together. Its even a rare unicorn engine. Give me a call Banshee.

It's almost three months later, but i did get 700.00 back! After paying 120.00 to my lawer. It's better than nothing , still did't leave the A Hole a feedback.
