I have 02 and 03 radiators for trade or will buy yours outright. You may have an fx400 radiator and not know it. There is a switch with a wire coming out of it on the lower right side of the tank facing rearward.

If you just want a temp switch for the fan have you tried to see if there's one available that will screw into the drain bung thread? A lot of Japanese cars use small threaded ones, Nissan and Honda in particular.

Or perhaps a bike or some other quad....?

If I get five I'll check the thread and see what I can find if you like....

I have a bunch that I could make work but the temp is between 205 and 215 turn on . The stocker is much lower than that because its in the radiator and not the block. If you could find some that turn on around 170-190 that would be sweet.

KTM LC4 bikes use a switch in the radiator. I know there a 2 different switches (different threads).
I could measure the threads for you.

Hayden or Horten may have some switches other than the type that probe the cooling fins. I dont like those types because they dont hold up to well .
