What is the difference between 02 and 03? I have several sets. I can check to see what I have and get back with you.

Ball Joints and the way the joints are in them.

The 02's have curved bars, the '03's are straight bars. Like Jinx said, the ball joints mounts are different as well.

These arms on the left are '02's. The '03's are very much like the Houser lowers except the bars are completely straight instead of the little kink and no cross bar.

I have a complete set of upper and lower arms, should I just set them out for the garbage man?

Does the garbage man have a cannondale? These aren't worth much money, but they aren't garbage either. You never know when you'll need one or all of them.
