They pop up now and again but are quite pricey. I just got a new welder and getting garage equipment setup at newthe home and planned on trying to make one myself. But gotta find one for sale to duplicate first, haha. The last one I saw come up sold for $450 back in August/September. Lasted a whole half day on Ebay or less.

Wow I didn know there where that hard to find lol wht all does the kit come with anyway just the brackets? If I got the plastics what else would I need ? I have a welder could fab up some brackets just didn know if I need to use the 250r tank seat an subframe or if the dales would work

From what I've read the subframe was completely custom to lower the ride height. Required 250R seat and grab bar as well. The kit that was on Ebay had modified front fender brackets and rear too I believe. The tank is also completely custom and aluminum. Seems there were a few varying in sizes from under one gallon to a two and a half one I read of.

Would be nice to see some new ones but would be a big expense to have made. I plan to make one for myself but that's probably as far as that'd go. Just need to find one first as mentioned.

The Fullbore plastics need no modifications to fit. They will work with stock tank/subframe.

mike and i will have a couple of 400ex kits available soon. the 400ex is just as good if not better then the 250r setup and you will have many more plastics options. i'm sure some of the guys who have seen it will chime in with some opinions....
