I need a spark arrestor end cap .like Pro Moto Billet used to offer. Will consider an enduro model muffler with spark arrestor,if the price is right.
Or has anyone installed a cap from another brand bike that worked?

Hmmn I would need more info your bike model, to determine if it's an early FMF can, or a Performance Industries one...just post, call, or email more details.
Cannondale had several different exhuasts, and for both dirtbikes and ATV's.

Sorry I forgot to include the important stuff. Bike is a 2003 X440.

yep that looks like the full-open shorty Performance Industries,...for the Loudest Cannondale pipe ever!, LOL....
A Pro-Moto endcap setup did fit that, about $180 new if found,...or use a long E440 silencer with internal S/A (still rather loud, but has S/A), or a full X440s FMF PC IV with or without a Q end (yes can mount to YOUR later frame, per pics), or my drill-tunable Euro motard setup with the flex midheader, and same length as your pipe now -- and stamped U.S.F.S.... I'll message you.
