Did they ever make such a thing
would like a long travel xc front end

I have no idea if they ever made +1s, Wheel spacers might be your only option but American star seems to be the only company thats still makes a arms for the dale maybe if you called them they could work something out for you.
Heres the list of companies who made a arms for the cannondale if that helps at all. A-arms ??? ??? Houser, Gibson, LSR, American Star, Walsh Racecraft, Eyeball, Herman, Action Racing

Heres two sets of wheel spacers that would work both have 4/144 bolt pattern one is 1-1/8th inch and new one is 1 inch but used. Just realized you said you want long travel but maybe this will help regardless.

HREATV makes a set based off houser +1. They use 19 1/4 shocks. Plus they around $600. I have a set that I run and have no problems.
