Map select setup?

Looking for a complete map select setup for my E440. Let me know if you have one you would sell.

I could make a quad version work too (I'd have to make a new cable) so if you have one those let me know.

For my map select I switched from the up and down buttons to the high beam flashing button on the euro turn signal switch. Now when I want to change maps I push the high beam flash and it cycles thu to the next map. Don???t have the original switches anymore. They took up too much room when you also have the turn signal switch. You will need access to a map select CD and the codes from optimum for your ecu. Hope this helps.
