There's other options out there...
Or is there something about the BigGun that we haven't heard about?

alba action sports said they dyno tested all the aftermarket exhausts available back in the day for the dale and the big gun gave the most hp. take that for what's it's worth. i love mine, it's not much louder, if any, than the toaster, but the rivets fell out of it!

I've got a TC on there now, that I might get rid of later, but in need my flag hole for some spots. My other bike has a big gun and I like it, It works and it dosn't stick out to far.

Last time I replaced the rivets in my Big Gun I put some JB weld in the rivet holes and around the steel it seems to be working well.It doesnt look the best but rivets dont loosen.

i have a big gun on mine and have had to make several repairs, the last repair was to cut 1" off by where the rivets are, since they were all whollered out, i added a peice of stainless to the part that goes inside the cannister so now instead of just one row of rivets around the end of the can, i have two rows, and it doesnt allow the rivets any movement, i also had to move the mounting bracket since i shortened the cannister before the bracket, if i make it down to my shop tonight, i will snap some pictures, i also go through a ton of packing in that thing, i dont know if that is normal for all exhaust or not

and i used stainless rivets also
