Order some off Ebay. They usually have some in custom sizes for whatever you need. I went through two sets of Eyeball +2 tie rods before I noticed they were only about an inch longer than stock. Didn't think they screwed in enough and was right.
Just search for Cannondale Tie Rods and you'll get the auction which should still be going. Buy it now is $47.83 shipped I believe and you can get any size you want in inches for any quad. Just ask for 1/2 - 20 Cannondale and the correct length.
