They are.
I guess he means that he needs a header + a slip-on or a full system. Full systems include HMF, Trinity, and Big Gun.

why not buy one from Haydug? I'm sure he could get you an HMF or something in like a week, shipped. 02 or 03 header, even. or a full system. anything you want, he's got it.
