As the title says.........this guy will screw you! I paid for a steering stabilizer on March 8, 2005. To this date I still have not received it. He kept emailing me saying that the item had been back ordered and that it would be in any day. He kept doing that until enough time had passed that ebay and pay-pal could no longer do anything about it. After that, he started ignoring my emails and phone calls. He finally agreed to refund my money and then pay-paled the money to the wrong pay-pal account even though I had already given him my pay-pal account. I emailed and called him several times about correcting that mistake and he never did. This guy is a crook and a liar and I am posting this same message on every ATV site I can find. Dont buy anything from DESERT SAND ATV!!!! Buyer beware!!

If anybody knows any websites to post this on other than the ones I posted on tonight, please let me know. I'm gonna post this on as many atv forum sites as I can find. I hate liars and cheaters!!:mad:

Hey Kevin. To make things worse.....it wasn't for me. It was for Joey's Raptor. So now, Joey still has his money and Desert Sand ATVs still has their stabilizer, and I'm out $169.95!

Oh geez. That really sucks. How are you going to handle that?

I'd make it a point that if you don't receive the product or a refund within 30 days, file with Paypal.

I do that now. At the time, I trusted the guy when he told me it was on back order. After the amount of time had passed that neither Ebay or Pay-pal could do any thing about it, he quit answering my emails.

I have an idea.......everyone that reads this post please send an email to micah@desertsandatv.com and copy and paste this message. Maybe it'll help me get my money back!

Yeah...he emailed me today after he saw my posts on a few different web sites and said that I was slandering him!
