Bought my blaze oct 2nd. Dropped off at his house and asked for a 3 week rebuild .At the time i had a riding trip coming up and wanted to have this done, working 13-14 hours a day at that time so doing it myself was out of the picture. After asking multiple times he assured me that wasn't going to be a problem to do it in that time, working on quads is nothing new for me, but i knew the c-dale's were different so i wanted it done right.



I am including a .html file of our conversations via text, it is long but shows what has transpired since picking the quad up, IT IS AT THE VERY BOTTOM, below the picture

Breakdown of events based off timestamp

Oct 2, 2011 9:54:00 PM - Quad is at his house
Oct 3, 2011 12:15:44 PM- Reassured me it wasn't an issue to do this
Oct 3, 2011 4:25:50 PM- Asks if i want the direct intake, and uni filter, claiming to sell it to me for $50, just so the stop intake doesn't need to go back on.
Oct 11, 2011 3:26:54 AM - Engine is fully dissasembled
Oct 11, 2011 3:41:29 AM- Informed i need even more parts
Oct 14, 2011 9:58:28 PM- Motor appears assembled
Oct 17, 2011 3:09:57 PM- After 3 days of bugging, i get a status update on the motor
Oct 18, 2011 8:21:46 PM- Engine "done"
Oct 21, 2011 11:11:55 PM- I switch 2 wires and it starts
Oct 29, 2011 10:43:06 AM - He starts hounding me for a starter relay he gave me claiming it was the cause of not starting
Nov 11, 2011 3:54:26 PM- He starts getting REALLY ****** about something that in the next few days would have been in the mail.
Nov 11, 2011 4:23:00 PM- Claiming i didn't pay for parts( balance was paid upon pickup, we installed the air filter there, why was no mention of this made while it was in our hands?)
Nov 11, 2011 5:47:38 PM- Actions with paypal threatened
Nov 11, 2011 6:04:21 PM- My name and address were reported to the police

Nov 11, 2011 9:41:03 PM- I posted a picture showing how i was being treated in another thread( it's since been deleted, but will be put at the bottom of this)
Nov 11, 2011 9:45:38 PM- Claiming how he did this or that for me.

He's basically gone over the edge and the rest is his going back and forth, apologizing, and getting pissed off again.

Nov 11, 2011 10:41:58 PM- Claiming i was "talking ****". Iposted that picture below and claimed " i wouldn't deal with him, this is how you will be treated."

Why does this constantly happen?Just plan on waiting for finished product and go to Timbo.Even if it takes a year it would be worth it.

So whats the deal with all the alias names? Hartracing had some threads a few years back about building new cases,cranks, cams,flywheels .Then he disapeared. Is this the same person? Was there a comunication issue about paying for parts?

i would like to find out who this is being new to the fourm. i would hate to have a problem like this. keep sthe texts he sent you. i hope this a an younger guy.

When I come across people like him I tend to do my best to avoid them
. This guy appears to have some serious issues and it everybody avoids him maybe he'll get the message and go away, permanently.

I met him several years ago,two I think.I responded to a post he had on Banshee HQ about trading an unfinished cannondale for a Banshee.The transacton went smooth,he even drove to St.Louis from Ohio to do the swap,seemed like a desent young guy.He said he could not get it to run right and I hated the Banshee so I traded.Well,come to find out he had not fully paid for the rebuilt engine in the quad The only thing I could find wrong was sensors hooked up wrong,she fired up.I finished it,rode it once and traded it for a cool pitbike.I guess he learned alot about Dales to rebuild engines when he couldnt figure out how to get his old Dale to run right

Appears now that i am actually riding the quad i am starting to find small issues. At last weeks race my clutch all of the sudden stopped working. Pulled the cover off and found 10 clutch fibers & 12 steels in the clutch pack. One of the steels had come off the inner hub and wedged between the pressure plate and basket. Now it seems like it is a matter of time until more start popping up. Going to keep this updated on any more issues i find just to keep track of them.
