Steve, I love the way you built this, good power and quiet. It will be more power than you need for the trails and you don't have to worry about getting a ticket. 50hp and quiet is sweet! More and more noise restrictions are coming, even for competition, so its nice to know we can get power and be quiet also.

Yup, don't take my comment the wrong way Steve. Not taking anything away from your motor. It was more directed at the other motor.

has anyone dynoed the weapon mx system to see how it compares I know they have a quiet 98dbpipe and the open 102db pipe to see how it compares to the fmf ti and hmf compared to the gutted toaster.

We have not done a side by side comparison with the weaponmx yet. We did do Roger's with the quiet core insert in on his 450. There was a 5-6hp loss from the last time his quad was dynoed however he did have a bent axle this time around which can have some effect.
