So I have come to the conclusion that the Dyno I use then (KBR's) is 5-6 hp lower. My stock ATK w/ K&N and full pipe did 40hp..

I don't think I would assume that. Others in stock form on this dyno were around the 40hp mark.

Pete is correct. His quad is high for some reason and believe it or not I give alot of that credit to Arimoks and his X440speed map. Also the head on this one has good factory porting all the seats and ports are lined up nicely. Also Sandstorm maybe yours would have dynoed more if time were taken to map the quad like both Arimoks and I did on Petes.

Did it have the short stack air horn.People claimed to 2-4 hp from that and 450 piston +2hp.Sounds about right.Remeber the $300 ace air box that was just a short stack bike air horn.Number look like they add up.

That explains that. Did atk switch the stacks out or did you? Thats still dam good for not touching the engine. I would figure the piston and bike stack to get it up to 43 to 44 hp.

I believe Arimoks switched the stack as it was originally a cannondale and he received a crate ATK motor for it. So anything outside the motor is cannondale, motor is ATK.

Another Dyno Day complete with success. Run #94 shown below tells it all. Steve was as giddy as a little school girl when we saw the results. smile.gif

Now to put some hours on the set-up to make sure it's going to hold up.
