2nd member speed1b on his 478cc. It's a borderline call but we'll give it to him so animalscannibal won't be so lonely.With using the din conversion and knocking the smoothing down to 2 he makes it by the skin of his teeth 60.01.

Looks like Tim has at last made it to the 60hp club with his 495. Im sure he will post dyno charts soon.

Finally made it to the 60hp club on one of my own. Here's the charts of the 495. Top is now with high comp piston, dual exhaust, different cam timing (red chart) 63.74hp and 39.4 ftlbs torque. 2nd chart green is pump gas fmf exhaust same motor same head. 3rd blue is of a stock cannondale with bills slipon and a cannonboomer intake 42.34hp 28.6tq. All same dyno. Best of all is the power never falls off with the cam mod I did. Very fun motor. Did another mod and will see if we can break 65 next time in a couple of weeks.

Ya I really like it! At first I didn't know if I made a good choice trading my honda for it but it was just the stator so not a big deal there. Ive been thinking about sending my motor to you so you can port and polish it! tongue.gif I can't let stephen be faster than me and right now I'm right there with him. I'm going to be racing mx in the spring and have also thought maybe I don't need it port and polished for mx? What do you think?

nice curve too, looks like the exhaust got rid of the 'cannondale dip', good work.....
