Here's the dyno charts back from mothers day from Kenny Mariscotti's 495. Red chart is the full fmf ti pipe,green cobradaler's duel exhuast, and blue cobradalers duel exhaust with 50% u4 race gas.1st chart is with shoothing at 5 and 2nd without soothing.
Smoothing 5 Smoothing 0
fmf ti 59.32hp,38.33tq 60.36hp,38.89tq
cobradaler duals 61.05hp,39.21tq 62.09hp,39.8tq
cobradaler duals 50% u4 62.15hp, 40.44tq 63.54hp, 41tq

Thats a clear 1hp and 1 ft pound improvement over the ti system. Kind of wierd how the u4 was only good for 1hp. In fact the only dale engine that ever had a big boost from u4 was C27's 450. I wonder why?

my stock motor had about a 1hp gain from U4.

I only got about 1.5hp more than likely.Dont forget when I did that test you are talking of I also removed the filter and disconnected stator.

Thanks Tim, I know this thing will be awesome! Next month will be three years since this motor and bike have ran. Almost the first two years it sat in the world famous South Bay Moto shop. Thanks to you Tim and Doug in the begining, this will easily be one of the fastest and most powerful bikes out in the dunes this fall. Once I put it back together I will have $10,000+ into it on top of the $6500 I paid for it when I bought it. When assembly is completed I will post some pics. Again I can't thank you enough for helping this basket case motor out, if people would have seen the condition it was in when you received the would never beleive the charts above. Super Job
