Mikes cycles this Saturday(12/15/07) its all about displacement. We should have a 480 ,495 and 2 505's. Time to tune the race quads.

Should all hit 60hp right Wistech tongue.gif

I heard there might be a Nitrous quad also so figure it would be a waste to not go for 80hp on that.Them guys are nuts one of these days one will blow on dyno!

This new fleet of engines is all new to me so I have no idea how they are going to perform. There may be some serious cam timing changes required so Im not putting much hope in the first batch . I think I will try different cams as well. Whichever puts out the most power Cdale 55 will get to run in the open class as.

What's this a new modest Wistech? Come on lets here some predictions so we can rub in your face if you miss the number by 1/2 a horse. I have one all quads will break the 20hp barrior. lol! Are you going to finally join the naturally aspirated 60hp club? I know what Wistech is saying there's some improvement you make or think and then a let down. Anytime going for 60 or more is extremely hard. Every little .1 of a horse you have to really work for. Good luck at the dyno can't wait for the results.

Well here's my issue. The 480 somehow ended up with my pride and joy 505 head and my 505 now has the St. Anthonies mega ported head. The other 505 will have a head from a 460 so its a crap shoot to as what will work with what. Then all three will have different exhausts including. One will have a dual exhaust and one will have the high lift exhaust cams. I plan on using rengade fuel in mine as well instead of the oxy fuel. Shoot, I have no idea what the outcome of this will be. All I really know for sure its never what I "expect" .
