Awesome. Nice torque curve and good peak numbers. What modification to the head pipe and what's a cyclone?

What cam timing are ya runnin? My motor is basically gonna be yours, just Timbo intake instead of the cyclone and wonderin what cam timing to run to get the best power.

Cam timing is more about how power is delivered than peak power. I ran 108/106 on one for max power at high rpm, but was unhappy with the power curve. Ended up returning to stock, though every engine varies. I have internal dirtbike gears for example. Makes a difference.

Internal dirt bike gears? Drive gears or cam gears? This is my first dale rebuild and tryin to learn as much as possible while goin along.

The dirtbike clutch basket and drive gear have a different tooth count for taller internal gearing. Great on high horsepower engines in my opinion. Lets them just keep going versus running out of gear super fast.

I've done some experimenting with cam timing and haven't been as happy with any of them as the stock 106/106. Ridiculous top end with 108 on the intake but kills the bottom. All my setups are 467/478cc though with intakes, porting, etc. Not going to have the same results as a 432, no matter what's done to it.
