Cannondaleriders

Hey guys I am looking for advice on a caliper adapter for my E440 with the Ohlins forks. Does anyone know of an adapter that will work with these forks? I am getting desperate here. Does anyone know of a machine shop that could make one if there is not one available? Or... could a set of forks from an early CRF450 clamp in?

Do a search on cannondaler.com for post by symoto he has a post on there where he had a bracket made to fit bigger rotor and caliper. Hope this helps!
