fixing to give up and part out

i got the bike non running, after a little work i got it to fire up and run.

then ran into the valve cover/water cover problem. so i take the motor out change the valve cover. install the motor, hook up all the wiring and she will turn over, spark, and pop. think i'm not getting fuel now(maybe clogged injectors, fuel pump primes and with tank off will spit gas @5 feet).

so before i part it out anyone have an idea.

My guess is wireing is not hooked up correctly and/or not pluged in correctly. several wires have the same plug
