I was having problems with my 2005 ATK/Dale overheating so I Installed a coolant overflow that I purchased from Canniboomer. I was still running hot so I purchased a fan from a cannondale quad and made it fit on my motorcycle. Direct wired it to the battery 15 amp fuse with lighted rocker switch. The fan does not fit flat against the radiator there just is not enough room. The fan moves so much air that it has solved my overheating problems. I just turn it on when my temp warning light goes on at 200 it will drop down to 180 in about 30 seconds

I thought about doing similar with a smaller fan or two but my bikes both run great and stay fairly cool. I have the Boomer overflow on one and both are stock except ported heads. Funny thing is my quad gets super hot with a fan.
