2001 MX400/E440?

Decided to pull the engine cover off and found a few small issues. Anyone seen these problems before? Broken bracket that holds the cam drive gear and a broken bolt on the stationary side of the cam chain tensioner. Not sure if one is a cause or effect for the other, but the lower bolt on the guide was loose also, not a bit of lock tite on either bolt. Got the top one out with a left hand drill bit.
