Went to clean my air filter today and discovered my intake horn on the airbox is broken.
I need a new one.

One trick to help prevent this is to zip tye the air box to the frame, don???t use the two bolts to attach the air box. This allows the air box to flex and move around, thus preventing the cracking of the air box and/or horn.
Mine was zip tied. But who knows how long it had been bolted before that.
I can't believe the box is made of hard plastic like ABS. Would have been better if it was made like the Jap bikes are.

Did you get the whole airbox or just the horn ?

I got the whole box. It's a little different. My original didn't have the large barbed fitting. Otherwise it's the same.

The additional large barbed fitting was for the 2003 California emissions. Cannondale had to route the frame breather hose back to the airbox instead of straight down to the ground. Just cap it off.
