With out measuring my stock width I went ahead and bought a +4 Durablue axle and with all the spacers I am only at 46 1/4" with 8x8.5 with 4+4.5 offset. I was just assuming a +4 would get me around 50". So are there any axles that are as wide as the "Moto" axle? RPM or LSR? Thanks

I am correct in assuming that +4 means +2 per side? The axle is 4" longer than the stocker. Thanks

Yes, plus 4 means 2 per side for 4 total...Your problem is your wheel off-set. Stock cannondale offset on the rear is 4x6, so you are narrower by 1.5 inches per side, 3 inch total. If you had that back, you'd be 49 1/4 inches wide, just where you want to be. I have the +4 lonestar and just measured it tonight. It is 48.5 inches wide. I run ITP 9inch beadlocks, not sure of the offset, it is hard to measure exact, but I think it is 3x5 or 3.5x5.5, something like that. On beadlocks, where are you supposed to take the outer measurement from anyway? The outside of the beadlock ring? I'm not sure if mine are 9x9 or 9x8.

Stock Cannondale offset is 3x6. According to original specs and Hiper atleast. Using stock moto axle and 4x5 rims I can get about 50.5" by using most of the spacers. Could get almost another inch I believe w/another two spacers but not guaranteeing.

So by those dimensions the moto is wider. I plan on running Hiper 8x8 3+5. That's only gonna get me to 46 3/4". The only way I will get 50" is to run the moto or a +4 250R axle. Well there is always wheel spacers or Gforce hubs but I really don't want to go that route.
