i have an 03 speed , the power stays on to the fuel pump all the time just put it back together . its puzzleing me. another issue its not fireing , how much power should the coil pack get .

Bummer........this attachment will explain that all-too-common problem.
Your short pump pigtail should be the later heavier-wired version and have 2 boots,...
You will need to always unplug that at the harness before wrenching near the top of the pump.

You can bypass the ECU switching with a not-so-convenient toggle switch, to get you by.
If you want to go with a replacement ECU and pigtail, I have them here.
